Christmas Party Games for Adults: 10 Easy Printable Games

The best adult Christmas party games are the ones nobody has to learn. Hand out a card, read the rules out loud, and people are laughing inside two minutes. Every game below prints on regular paper, works for 6 to 40 people and costs less than a bag of ice.

The Left Right Christmas Story

Everyone sits in a circle holding a wrapped gift. You read a silly Christmas story, and every time you say "left" or "right" the gifts pass that way. Whatever you're holding when the story ends is yours. It's the fastest way to do a gift exchange without the stealing.

Who's Most Likely To

Read a card ("Who's most likely to regift a fruitcake?") and on three everyone points at a person. The one with the most fingers on them reads the next card. Great for coworkers and family who think they know each other.

Christmas Would You Rather

Pass the stack around the table. Each person reads one out loud and has to pick, no "both." Works as an icebreaker while food is coming out.

Find the Guest Bingo

Each square says something like "has been to the North Pole (Alaska counts)." Guests mingle to find someone who matches each square. First full row yells BINGO. Perfect when half the room doesn't know the other half.

White Elephant (with real rules)

Everyone brings one wrapped gift, draws a number and either opens a new gift or steals one. Printing the rules and a steal tracker ends the "wait, can I steal that?" arguments before they start.

Gift Exchange Dice Game

Roll a die and do what it says: swap with the person on your left, steal from anyone, unwrap one. Rounds are timed, so it moves fast even with a big group.

Christmas Charades & Pictionary

Split into two teams. One player draws or acts out the card ("Rudolph with a cold") and their team guesses before the timer runs out.

Ugly Sweater Contest

Put up a "Vote Here" sign, hand out ballots and give real awards: Ugliest, Brightest Lights, Most Creative. The certificates end up on fridges for years.

Christmas Trivia

Read questions round by round and let teams write answers on scrap paper. Mix movie, music and history questions so everyone has a shot.

Christmas Word Scramble

A good quiet game for the table: unscramble holiday words before anyone else. Hand out the sheet as people arrive.
